Brad Fiscel is the owner/operator of West Coast Tropical Painting since March 2005. I’m a disabled Veteran that served in the US Army and have called the Tampa Bay area home since 1980. Brad is a trained and skilled painter that can take care of all your residential and commercial painting needs as well as refinishing!
