Brad and crew from West Coast Tropical Painting were awesome! Great communication from Brad from start to finish from the quote to the last day of work. He knew we were on a time schedule to have this job done so we could move on to the next phase of our home repair and he stepped it up by working a little extra to make sure he was done in a timely manner. Very personable friendly guy with great work ethics and professionalism. The paint job was A+ and I would recommend him to anyone I know. Since I own 2 homes I already plan on calling him when I need my 2nd home painted. He is very trustworthy and prices his jobs fairly! What I really perceived from Brad is that he is a humble man just trying to make an honest living and helping people have nice homes. Check him out if you need an ultimate painter. Trust me, he wont steer you wrong!

Brad was very responsive when I first contacted him. He provided a proposal the same day. The work was started immediately and completed in a timely and very professional manner. Wallpaper was removed, holes patched in my plaster walls and the house looks wonderful. He is very professional and detail oriented. Brad has given me a bid for the exterior of the house and I will use West Coast Tropical Painting for this job as well

Brad did a phenomenal job preparing and painting the interior and exterior of a rental home for me. He handle to job very efficiently from the beginning to the end! He was always prompt to answer his phone or return my calls and was very attentive to details!

Brad did an amazing job removing the popcorn ceiling from our entire home and then refinishing the ceiling. He also painted the entire inside of our home on schedule. He was always pleasant, professional, courteous, and did what he said he would do. The job was a big one with many sub-projects and he handled all of them expertly.

Very professional painting company, veteran owned, honest, very clear communication. Brad and his company exceeded our expectations when they painted our home. Brad is an excellent communicator and his estimate, contract and timelines were all as expected. He was very clear and helped to explain the different quality paints, drywall repair work that could help make the overall job look better and multiple options we had as home owners. Brad walked the property with us and helped us to define the job and clearly outlined what was included and helped us to understand the painting process and materials. He then completed the work with excellent quality, on time and for the price we agreed upon in the contract. At various steps and at completion, he presented the job to us and made sure were 100% percent satisfied and happy. He was at the job site everyday and supervised his employees well as they assisted with the large project. We felt we could really trust Brad and his team and we will using them in the future for all of our interior and exterior painting teams. Did a great job painting the whole house. Ceiling. Walls. Covered everything up. Also did the base boards. We did multiple colors. Did a great job.

I chose wrong color for my home but Brad was very understanding and made changes.
